One Acts

Information

This year will mark our second annual "Night Of One Acts"

Two student directors have been chosen.  Each student has picked out their own show to direct, held auditions, cast the show, designed their set, and picked out costumes, props and set pieces. They have taken on the responsibilities of being a director and all the ups and downs that come with such a role. As the troupe sponsor, Mr. Brady stays out of this process except when asked questions or if asked to step in with guidance. This is designed to be completely student run, giving them the confidence to be a leader!

During the actual Night Of One Acts, each director will present their show for you, the audience. During the performances there will also be teacher "judges" in the audience. Based on a given set of criteria, each "judge" will  decide which of the one acts will represent GSHS theatre and Troupe 7485 at our District 9 One Act festival later in the year.
